After the Full Moon Ritual
14 MaySet the intention for release tonight. Lit the blend of white sage and lavender, ran Wysp on low for the opening breaths. By the third cycle the room felt lighter — not dramatic, just quieter. Wrote three things I wanted to let go of on a slip of paper and burned it at the window.
